Reiki is recognised as Complementary Healthcare, also known as CAM (Complementary & Alternative Medicine). Complementary Healthcare has many applications including enhancing quality of life and supporting the body’s own natural self healing systems.
To actively participate in our own self-care, development, and growth, and to take back control for our life circumstances is not always an easy decision to contemplate.
Developing a sense of accountable self-responsibility may not always seem to be an easy option, particularly if we’re experiencing painful or challenging circumstances, yet this can be the greatest journey of our lives.
Many Reiki clients go on to learn Reiki themselves so that they can develop and expand the benefits they themselves have experienced during their own one-two-one treatments with their Reiki professionals.
Simple steps taken slowly, consistently, and with dedication, can offer us a life of reduced stress having less worry, less frustration, less irritation. Joys, positivity & gratitude increase and a sense of wellbeing and wholeness builds.
By learning and implementing traditional Japanese Reiki systems & processes we acquire skills to meditate, to relax & to strengthen our wellbeing. Valuable life skills are developed and an enhanced sense of connection and purpose grows.
Enriching and helping ourselves also puts us in a stronger and a more effective position to assist others.
What steps have you taken today to care for, and to love, yourself?
